Traditional monolithic e-commerce platforms hinder creativity, slow down performance, and make scaling a difficult task. The key difficulties were improving page load times without affecting visuals, developing a scalable design system not dependent on backend limitations, and facilitating seamless communication between frontend and backend.

The challenge was to develop a future-proof setup that can scale with traffic and functionality while maintaining complete creative freedom and faster rendering.

To overcome these issues, a headless commerce system was created where the frontend was developed independently to enable complete creative freedom and faster rendering.

The backend was responsible for handling commerce functionality (products, checkout, inventory) through APIs. The APIs were utilized to integrate data seamlessly without impacting performance.

The UI was designed for speed, responsiveness, and intuitive navigation. This enabled the website to be lean, agile, and easily maintainable without impacting user experience.
